100 Posts

According to my "Blogger Dashboard," this is my 100th post.

Hooray.

I could mark this momentous occasion by posting something humorous, or insightful, or even a tiny bit worthwhile, but I have chosen to waste it on nothing.

And you're reading it.

In fact, you're reading it, and hoping it coalesces into some kind of "point."

I've got sour news for you, Jack:

There is no point to this, other than the fact that it spares me from having the same conversation with several different people during the course of any given week. DeanO said it best this past Saturday, something to the effect of: "You don't need to talk to anyone about what you've been up to lately, because we all just read your Blog."

I'm cool with that.

I talk too much, as it is.

I don't anticipate writing much this week, because my Social Calendar is quite full. Tuesday night is the Cabin Fever gig. Wednesday is The Side Door (right after I see an afternoon showing of "Superman Returns" [Fuckin' A]). Thursday is another Exercise in Destruction at The BAG. Friday...

...well, I'm not sure. I may just head South to The Land of Maries for a big Pig Roast that I was invited to a few weeks ago. Having a Valid Driver's License and all, its nice to have the Option to Travel. Most of you know what I mean.

The rest of you are useless.

Like Mimes.

And non-alcoholic beer.

And regret.

I leave you now with a quote from Marcel Marceau:

"...................................................."

Truer words have never not been spoken...
