The Devil's Billfold

So, last Thursday morning before work I checked out my wallet. I had exactly $666.00 in it. Which is strange in and of itself, because I'm usually broke. But, I had played a few gigs, and Matt finally gave me the money he owed me, and whatnot. The point is, I had $666.00.

Thursday evening I filled my gas tank, bought dinner, picked up some beer for QKF rehearsal, and went to The BAG for Open Mic Night. I bought a few shots for a few folks, tipped Bob, got paid for the gig and went home.

Friday morning before work I checked out my wallet...

I had exactly $666.00.

That would be cool, though, wouldn't it? If you had Satan's Wallet, and no matter how much money you spent in one night, the next morning there would be $666.00 again.
