Southbound!

Thank you, Baby Jesus, for my friends. They are my saving grace. Especially Noelle. Why? Because we're going to Atlantic City for my birthday, bitches!

Yeah, so, Noelle called me up yesterday to see if I wanted to meet up with her in A.C. on April 14th and get a room for a day or two, to see Badfish (a Sublime tribute band) and celebrate my birthday on the 15th. I told her I'd love to go, because if I have to sit around these parts alone on my birthday, I'll eat a fucking bullet. I also told her, the only problem is, I'm Far Beyond Broke. Big time. Especially this month, when a bunch of bills piled up, and could no longer be ignored.

Noelle's reply: "You stupid dick-it's your birthday...I'm paying for everything!" Wow. Awesome. Noelle rules all your asses.

Now, I'm no cad. I'm going to save up enough cash to pay for my own food, drinks, and such. Noelle's just going to front the room and the Badfish show as a birthday present. I'm not totally mooching off of her. I can't wait. Noelle is pretty much the coolest pal I've ever had (since we met in 2nd Grade, many, many years ago), and we haven't hung out together on one of our birthdays for a very long time.

We are going to fuck up Atlantic City.

As a matter of fact-any of you reading this are welcome to join us. You'll have to make your own arrangements, of course, but it would be great if a bunch of my people came down to party with us. April 15th- think about it, and let me know.
